hello! I’m brian. currently studying software systems at simon fraser university.

i find the software world fascinating because of its ability to improve our lives on a seemingly infinite scale.

i am interested in learning all aspects of the software development life cycle. from designing beautiful and usable interfaces, using different programming paradigms, to learning about distributed systems.

outside software, i enjoy going for a walk (the most ‘cardio’ thing i enjoy), pistol squatting (i’m bad at pull-ups), and doing any activities with people! i also like to make jokes so bad you will still laugh for.

some of my writings:

  • posts - tales to inspire fellow adventurers;
  • notes - scrolls of wisdom from labyrinths;
  • concepts - uncrafted seeds of ideas;

and my adventure inventory:

  • experience - scroll of my journeys from realm of knowledge and trials;

  • projects - artifacts forged through grit;

  • tools - gears and enchancements to slay monsters and conquer dungeons;

  • books - legendary tomes that shaped my mind;

  • failures - tales of lost battles that built resilience;

  • restaurants - taverns for feasts and rest
